Special Abilities/Kekkai Genkai: Kiriai is regarded as an "expert killer", being incredibly proficient with nearly all weapons and fighting styles. He prefers swords above all else and because of this has perfected the use of numerous styles of swords. This includes a flawless mastery of all seven of the unique weapons he carries, a skill that has led him to gain the power to found a village under his command. Naturally, constantly fighting with numerous weapons, many of which are extremely heavy, Kiriai has an incredible amount of speed, reflexes, strength and stamina, allowing him to effortlessly wield them all with next to no strain. This in itself is an incredible feat, and one of the many reasons that it is believed no person is capable of beating Kiriai in pure swordsmanship combat. Due to his constant training over his entire life, he is not only ambidextrous but has a complete immunity to physical pain, result of the abuse and punishment his body has taken over the years. Kiriai is also a master sword smith, able to forge many kinds of blade with a level of expertise unmatched by any other person. It is from this study of blacksmithing that has allowed him to forge the seven legendary weapons that are believed to be the most powerful blades in the world.

Fighting Style: Kiriai is a swordsman in every sense of the word, living and dying by the sword, much like that of samurai. He uses seven different swords during battle, sometimes relying on just the ones he feels like using at the time, while other times using all of them simultaneously in an unbelievable display of precision and grace. He is claimed to be the best swordsman of all time, not only showing the skill to use each sword with utter perfection, but also possessing the physical strength to easily maneuver around with all of them as if they were weightless. Because of his ability to use any combination of the swords just as well as he can use a single one, he has an incredible defensive and offensive edge while fighting, using the sword best suited for any given situation. It is for this reason that he has a very erratic fighting style that has left all previous enemies fortunate enough to survive still unsure of how he fights, using a combination of styles and methods for what will best take down the opposition at hand.

Appearance: A man whom is monstrous in stature, he tends to tower over all others and being far larger in bulk as well. Though practically none of his weight comes from body fat as it is all muscle, representing just how much he trains his physical body for his particular style of fighting. He has quite a lot of hair, black in color, that is all kept in large spikes, a few down over his shoulders while most of it goes straight back. His has filed his own teeth down to sharp points to resemble that of a short, a process that has made his appearance even more fearsome, especially when coupled with his naturally red eyes. Kiriai's choice of attire always consists of large clothing that provides his muscular form plenty of room for movement. He will also often dawn a variety of heavy armor for further protection or purely for the look.

Personality: Kiriai is a man that seems to have been born for battle, spending every waking minute training his body and mind. He looks forward to any battle, be it a spar between friends or war amongst entire nations. This has lead many to see him as insane and reckless, putting himself on the front lines and jumping into any fight without thinking about it. This does not mean that he is not intelligent when he fights, as he perceives every detail and action, taking his enemies actions into account as he sees them. He knows his strengths and is completely confident in them, yet he also knows his weaknesses and plays around them, doing everything he can to never make a mistake. He believes that fighting is the only way to live, that every moment in life is to prepare yourself for risking your life in combat. He does not feel very strongly about politics, thus for that reason he is one of the few men of his status to go and fight while leaving others to handle the paperwork to be had. In Kiriai's eyes, the good of the village is above all else, far more important than the lives of comrades or family. The only need for parents is to be trained until old enough to train yourself, at which point they become pointless. Swords are everything in his eyes, instantly admiring those who use any kind of sword, even more so if they rely on it more than ninjutsu.

Kiriai has an extremely hardcore and stern attitude toward the growth of the village and ninja within the village. Although this means that he respects and admires those who prove themselves with the strength to be admired, this also makes him feared by those that lack confidence in themselves. He does not tolerate failure or weakness on any level, no matter how small and insignificant it may seem. All instances of failure will be punished severely, be it a savage beating or often even death, though will most often be something that will help to ensure they do not fail again, such as an excruciatingly difficult session of training. Kiriai will also push his followers to develop an iron wall in their minds, years of pushing themselves to the limits in every way building up a mental barrier. He ensures those that follow ignore pain, do not feel emotion, and strive to fulfill their only task of killing enemies and completing missions no matter what the risk. Kiriai believes that by making someone experience the pain of hell itself in the real world, they will no longer be afraid of it in the afterlife, thus removing all fear of it and making them far stronger in the real world.

History: Born in the Land of Iron, Kiriai entered the world into an average family, his father being a skilled samurai. From the moment of his birth he was interested in swords, tiny hands often trying to play with the razor sharp weapon his father owned, yet luckily his parents were attentive enough to prevent him from doing so. Upon learning to crawl, this danger only revealed itself more often as the infant seemed to spend all day trying to reach the shiny object that demanded all of his attention. Such things would continue for years, toy swords allowing him to move around in attempts to copy his fathers own training, which he did for several hours of every day. Though while most of the world was bothered with war or losing their homes as samurai withered into near extinction from the onset of ninja, Kiriai's family did not have to worry about such things. The samurai within the Land of Iron remained as resilient and devoted as ever, while their universal peace treaty prevented them from ever suffering the agony of war as bad as the ninja villages.

By the time Kiriai was five years of age, he had already learned enough of his fathers skills to display a talent with his toy sword. Yet the toy was not good enough, and he received a real sword on his birthday. The grin that spread across his face would never be forgotten, that memory being the greatest one of his family for years to come. While other kids spent their time playing and having fun, Kiriai refused to run around with his peers, treating his sword like his only friend. Instead he spent all hours of the day training just as he always watched his father do, improving his efficiency with the blade. He was born from a long line of dedicated samurai, thus the sword was his life and his life was the sword. He would sleep with it, carry it around wherever he went, and practice with it as often as possible.

Kiriai would grow to be a young boy, reaching the age of eight before his father started to train him personally, realizing he was of age to understand danger at least in the most basic sense. His father would teach him only the most amateur understandings of chakra and how to channel it into a sword, a lesson that would take no longer than several months, yet he would continue to strengthen his skills with this basic technique over many years. After the few months, the entire rest of his training would be in swordsmanship, learning how to wield a variety of bladed weapons for every situation. The sword was a way of life for the samurai, and Kiriai was learning this tradition as well, building his own life around the blade gifted to him by his own parents. Kiriai would quickly grow, taller and heavier set then his peers, though it was mostly because he pushed his own body constantly to perfect the use of his sword while they instead had fun and made friends.

It was at the age of sixteen that Kiriai's life would turn around, his practice with his loved weapon and hunger for true battle coming to fruition. During a sparring session with his father, Kiriai was becoming more and more aggressive, threatening his father and trying to impale him. His father spoke to him, asking why he was acting this way, all while defending from attacks. He assumed that the training was just becoming too intense, yet Kiriai told him that he would only feel strong once he became skilled enough to take down his own father with the blade that he had given him. The fight lasted for several hours, both man and boy being worn down to the bone, but when it came down to the last of their energy, his father was not able to bring himself to cut down down his own son. However, Kiriai's lack of social gatherings and non-sword-bearing emotions ensured that he did not have the same affection. Slicing down his father, he took up his sword to pair with his own as a trophy. Returning home, he would deliver the news to his mother, then cut her down in her prime.

Kiriai would then leave the Land of Iron immediately before his act was discovered, with only the clothes on his back and his two katana. He would begin to travel the world, trying to improve his sword skills from various types of styles that he discovered while on the road, as well as learning the art of blacksmithing from a number of people across many different villages. He came across many instances of violence and war, always joining in purely for the joy of fighting, despite not having any idea what the fighting was for, killing men from both sides. From all of this he realized how powerful ninja were, yet most of them used foolish tricks rather than true skill of body and weapon. At the age of eighteen, Kiriai made it a goal to become a powerful figure amongst the ninja world that would only use swordsmanship alone to prove his power, that parlor tricks and ninjutsu were not necessary.

From this goal, Kiriai would use his knowledge in blacksmithing, expertise with various swords and the skill with chakra that he had further improved over the years of travel to create his own weapons. Though he required an isolated area to do this, thus he crossed the vast ocean to reach the island of the Water Country. While exploring the island, there was a section of the village entirely enshrouded in a heavy mist that he would discover. Smirking devilishly upon the sight, Kiriai quickly knew what he wanted to do. He would found a village under his own rule to spread his beliefs and teachings to an elite group that would be his own villagers. He would not settle with weakness, raising everyone to become rock hard killers that would not back down against any level of threat.

Over fifteen years would pass while he would create a village of his own slowly. He would spend all of these years painstakingly forging seven unique weapons, improving his skills and founding a large village. Fifteen years of non-stop working on the best swords and village that the world would ever see. Now the village was nineteen years old, and though Kiriai was not well known outside the village, he was determined to make his village the most powerful of all.

Inventory:

A master blacksmith who combines expert sword crafting skills with the understanding of chakra, ninjutsu and elemental natures, Kiriai has created seven swords legendary swords of great power. They are all made from the strongest materials found in the world, forged arduously over several years to ensure flawless forging. Although he sometimes carries some of the swords on him, he typically has them all sealed in scroll that is larger than the average. When unrolled, the symbol for each of his seven swords is revealed so that he can instantly summon any number of his weapons simultaneously. Despite every sword being vastly different from normal weapons and all requiring incredibly different forms of attack, Kiriai has mastered all seven of them alone and together.

Kubikiribocho

The "Sever" sword, it is a massive sword resembling a giant butchers knife, one reason that it is often referred to as the "Executioner's Blade". It's sheer size and design allow someone strong enough to wield it to effortlessly cleave through opponents. A half-circle near the handle of the blade allows for swift and easy decapitation, part of what gives the swords its namesake, while a circle cut out of the blade near the top can be used to capture the limbs or head of a foe, or for other purposes. The sword will automatically repair any damage to it by absorbing the iron in the blood of it's victims. This regenerative process takes place almost instantly upon contact with blood, using it to fix anything from nicks and cracks entire sections of the blade being broken off.

Samehada

The "Great" sword, it is regarded as the most terrifying of all the seven legendary blades. It is a massive sword made out of razor sharp shark scales that act to shave the flesh off of its victims rather than cleanly slicing through, while also being able to bend so that it can strike from more than simply straight angles. It has the ability to sense the chakra of others and also to eat chakra, draining it from those it slashes, stealing all from the auras of its enemies, and even sapping the chakra directly from ninjutsu it comes into contact with. Even more terrifying is that it is a sentient weapon, able to prevent others from wielding it if it does not approve of them. If it gorges itself with a large amount of chakra, it will grow and become more visible as a living creature with a massive mouth full of teeth. Bandage wraps around the sword will prevent this dangerous growth. Although never witnessed, it does possess the ability to fuse into the body of its owner, transferring its chakra into them in order to heal their wounds or grant them more power. Due to the fact that he created the weapon and has wielded it for many years, it will currently not allow anyone else to hold it. This has also made his chakra signature identical with that of his sword. Aside from Kiriai, only someone with a vast amount of chakra could ever hope to handle the sword.

Nuibari

The "Long" sword, it is in the shape of a long needle with a wire connected to the end of the handle. This sword is capable of piercing anything which it thrusts into. By throwing the blade forward it can simultaneously impale multiple targets, with the wire going through them all. By pulling the wire tight, the wielder can sew all of his victims together, creating bundles of corpses across the battlefield.

Kabutowari

The "Blunt" sword, it consists of a bulky one-sided axe with a flat back side and a mallet-like hammer. The two one handed weapons are joined together by a small chain connected at the end of each handle. The two weapons alone are powerful, combining slicing and smashing together to take down enemies, though its true strength is displayed when they are combined. By striking a defense with the blade of the axe, then slamming the hammer down against the flat backside of the axe, the concussive piercing force will break through. It is for this reason that this weapon is able to crush through any and all defenses.

Shibuki

The "Blast" sword, it incorporates explosions with swordsmanship. A long handle holds a giant sized scroll contained limitless explosive tags. One one side of the scroll is a long narrow blade to use as a regular sword, while the other contains a wide platform section. When swung, the scroll unrolls onto that side, resting a layer of numerous explosive tags on the platform. When the wielder strikes his target, the entire layer of explosive tags will separate from the rest of the scroll and attach to whatever he struck. Only a split second later, the tags will explode, causing devastating damage, while the tags unroll and reload against the platform after each swing. The tags within the scroll cannot be detonated without first being released from the sword within a strike, preventing any accidental explosions from the sword itself.

Kiba

The "Bolt" swords, this pair of swords are mostly regular in appearance other than a single upward-arcing spike pointing one direction near the base of the blade, with another identical facing the opposite direction near the top of the blade. This set of twin swords were forged and imbued with lightning, granting them unmatched cutting power, which is why they are regarded as the sharpest blades in existence. The user can use the lightning imbued weapons to fire bolts of lightning in various attacks, while they also automatically act as lightning rods to absorb the electric attacks of enemies, rendering them useless against the wielder.

Hiramekarei

The "Twin" sword, it is a giant double-handed sword that is one of the largest out of the seven weapons. Near the top of the blade are two holes that can eject chakra which is stored permanently in the blade. This chakra can be used for a variety of effects, such as to form even larger weapons of various kinds around the blade itself, creating solid chakra defenses, or even things such as firing the chakra out as projectile blasts. Due to the large amount of chakra stored in the blade, it makes the Samurai Sabre Technique vastly more effective while requiring no chakra from the user themself.
