Description
These two sabres are mad of Chakra Reactive Steel that allows Noa to surge his chakra throug them. At his earlier stages, he infused the weapon his Futon and Raion. Now, he uses them in combination with his Plasma Release. When infused with the plasma, the swords gain an extended reach as well as heightened cutting power because of the plasma's heat. The blades are each five feet long with black hilts. The silver blade of the sword is engraved with the words, "For the Life of My Brethren."

These are two whips that are lined with a thin layer of Chakra Reactive metal. At his earlier stages, he infused the weapon with his Futon and Raion. Now, he uses them in combination with his Plasma Release. When infused with the plasma, the whips gain an extended reach as well as heightened cutting power because of the plasma's heat. The whips are fifteen feet in length with a foot long, steel handle.

For the first one: I do not have a problem with the Sabres abilities. However, please describe what they look like. Appearance is important. Also, include the length of the sabres. How far out do they extend? Are they short or long swords? Moreover, your Genin does not seem adept or even remotely capable of controlling his Kekkai Genkai. Thus, I will not allow him to infuse the swords with plasma until he trains and gains control over his elemental fusion.

For the second one: Same problems here. The abilities are fine, as long as you recognize that Musha Noa is not at a level of controlling his fusion, so he will not be able to channel it into the whips. Also, please describe their length, appearance, and any other physical attributes.

All corrections made. The whole deal with the me using the Kekkei Genkai this way is because, like you said, he can't really control the fusion yet. Because of this, he can't really produce any ninjutsu wiith it-- the only reason I registered plasma shot was because he "learned" it by accident-- and, because of this, he tried the only other way that he was taught about chakra manipulation, which was through weapons.

Just keep in mind that, at his current level, chakra conduction is difficult. I don't think you'll be able to actually channel plasma into the weapons without some training. The abilities of the weapons themselves, however, are acceptable.
