Academy Techniques

These techniques, occupying the E ranks, are given jutsu that do not take up a ninja's total jutsu total. They are assumed to have been learned by all ninja after completing their enrollment in their village's academy.

Name: Bikou Ninjutsu -- Shadowing Stealth Technique

Description: Bikou Ninjutsu is the technique ninjas use to follow their targets covertly. The manner in which the ninja shadows their target can differ, from hiding under a nearby object to using a jutsu to turn oneself invisible. The use of this general skill is passive and incorporated into many higher-level ninjutsu.

Name: Bunshin no Jutsu -- Clone Technique

Description: Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse. Thus, all of its attacks are illusionary and do not really harm their opponents.

Description: Henge no Jutsu is a ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. Henge allows the ninja to transform themselves into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents. A clever and/or experienced ninja will be able to detect slight changes in the impostor's behavior. Likewise, experienced ninja will be able to mimic that which they copy efficiently.

Name: Kakuremino no Jutsu -- Magic Cloak of Invisibility Technique

Description: Kakuremino no Jutsu is a very basic Ninjutsu technique. The ninja uses a camouflage cloth to cloak themselves, blending in to their environment.

Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu -- Change of Body Stance Technique

Description: Kawarimi no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. When in danger, the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack. When using Kawarimi in threads, it has a one post cool-down, which means you cannot immediately use it after having just done so.

Description: Nawanuke no Jutsu is a very basic Ninjutsu technique that allows a ninja to escape from rope binds. High level binds utilizing chakra and advanced ninjutsu cannot be broken with this technique.
