Description: Less of an actual 'jutsu' in the way ninja understand them and more of just a traditional 'skill', Silent Killing is the process of sneaking up on an opponent without being discovered (remaining hidden and then approaching, as the name implies, with silence), and killing them, usually by slicing the throat and carotid arteries. The technique itself can be accessed through a number of ways and works well in conjunction with an assortment of other jutsu.
Other: While classified as a C-Rank technique since it requires no chakra to use, the true level of the technique is determined by the skill of the individual using it. A Genin utilizing this technique will never fare as well as a Jonin, despite the technique being ranked the same for both shinobi. Despite being labeled as a Jutsu, because of its passive and non-chakra needing nature, this technique costs No CP
